All services are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

5. Fees & Payments

Certain services may incur fees, which will be clearly disclosed before you commit to a transaction. You agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees and charges to your account
• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for outstanding balances

Fee schedules are available upon request and may be updated with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and trademarks — are owned by Quantrex Bank or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease. You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantrex Bank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
